ITINERARY (5 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS)
DAY 1
Welcome to Shillong. In the afternoon we start our jouney to Mawsynram “the wettest place on earth”
DAYS 2 & 3
An adventure in Mawlongbna
Trek to Mawpun cave approx. 4 hours – fossils park – water sports activities
DAY 4
Mawlongbna – Mawsynram sightseeing – Shillong
DAY 5
Depart home with wonderful memories

25% advance is required and remaining balance is to be paid 35 days before the trip
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In order to cancel your trip or tour booking, please send an intimidation email totrissimai03@gmail.com Once received we will cancel your bookings as per the following charges:

35 days before arrival, 75% of the total booking amount will be refunded

Between 35 days & 25 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

15 days before arrival, we have made almost all arrangements and therefore we would not be able to refund any money then.

No refunds will be given if the participant(s) have started on a trip and is not able to complete it due to flight delays/cancellations, personal reasons, weather, bandhs, strikes, unforeseen situation, or any other reason.

Cancellation policy in some cases will be different and the same will be communicated in advance.

Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary. For any additional services, extra charges will be applicable.

Once the tour is booked, addition or alteration of service will be subject to availability & additional charges will be applicable.

Additional charges are applicable for different accommodation requirements and other additional services.

Visa, passport & vaccination charges.

Travel insurance, medical expenses, emergency evacuation charges, laundry, tips.

Additional costs due to unforeseen & uncontrollable natural events, inclement weather, force majeure conditions, or political restrictions.

PACKING TIPS & MUST HAVE ITEMS

Original ID Proof (Voter ID card / Passport / Driving Licence /Aadhaar card)

Cash (Aside from when we are in Shillong, there are very few ATMs in other more remote locations)

Light backpack for daily use to keep essential things like water, jacket, umbrella, etc.

Hiking or sports shoes & a pair of sandals/crocs

Cold weather clothing especially when traveling during the months of November - February (1 super-warm jacket, warm shawl & hoodie)

ACCOMODATION
We generally provide 3-star categories depending on the trip and availability. Accommodation during camping, trekking trips, and village stays will be provided with very basic facilities. The properties selected are safe & hygienic. Luxury properties are typically avoided to keep trips budget-friendly. However, we could provide those rooms on request depending on availability. Please note that some luxury rooms could go up to INR 20,000 per night.
GROUP SIZE
We generally operate small groups which have approx 5 - 15 members. Solo travelers will be paired for a double sharing room. However, single rooms and other services will be provided on request.
