KRANGSHURI

The name ‘Krang Shuri’ came from Krang meaning ‘cave’ & Shuri meaning ‘dagger’. Krangshuri is located in the middle of the forest & one will also spot one of the gorgeous waterfall around the area which falls over a cave. The base of the fall is so wide and gorgeous that it appears like a live swimming pool.

Known for its bright blue water that shimmers in the late summer sunlight, the scenic falls attract many tourists. Why go chasing waterfalls in the Philippines when we have these falls in our very own India?

Fun fact: This has been a picturesque backdrop for many a Bollywood movie over the years.

There is a local story that the Krangshuri was used to hide the war weapons during the time of freedom war by the ancient warriors. It is quite vast and secular. There is also a camping spot at the upstream of the Krangshuri falls.
